You’ve set aside this time to find the perfect photographer, so let’s have fun while checking it off your list!

Step one is pretty much already completed, you’re HERE! You LOVE and connect with the imagery you see and next is to find out if we are a match on a wedding date, personality & financial level. Let’s have a quick phone call, meet-up or however you feel comfortable- this can quickly settle any concerns and expedite the information/booking process. When we first talk, Together we will make a custom wedding day timeline for you to help with choosing how many wedding day hours are needed!

Now that the date is official, and we’ve chosen a collection. You will be sent the electronic contract, and some other fun/helpful information to make it all official. You will submit your first payment and then we are off to all of the FUN.

CAMERA READY!

Let’s get you comfortable in front of the camera and get to know each other by taking your engagement pictures together.

We can schedule photos based on your needs…sending out Save the Dates? Let’s schedule ASAP – Want to wait for a certain season? There is no wrong time for photos, I’ll assist in finding a perfect location and get you both wedding day ready!

PRINT, PRINT, PRINT!

I believe pictures shouldn’t just live on your phone/social but printed and enjoyed too!

We shared your engagement session on social, but now let’s get them printed so you can enjoy them! Save the dates, photo guest book for the wedding showcasing your beautiful session, canvas prints…anything you want. How do you want to show off your favorites? I can design all of the above for you.

WEDDING DAY!

What we’ve been looking forward to & planning for…

Everyone knows what to do and your job is just to ENJOY the day. I’ll be there to photograph your perfectly picked dress, waiting for you to slip into and assist you as the day goes on by fluffing your dress and fixing your hair. You’ll dance the night away at the reception and every moment from morning to night will be captured!

Last STEP

PHOTO DELIVERY TIME

Relive your wedding day and try not to tear up.

Just a short while after you have returned from your honeymoon, you will receive an online gallery full of hundreds of photos to be able to share with your friends and family. You will be able to save them, print them and enjoy them for life! We will also discuss the optional album journey to preserve your images in printed custom books.

WHEN WILL MY IMAGES BE AVAILABLE TO VIEW FROM THE WEDDING?

THREE WEEKS! This will be one of the quickest turnaround times you will find! Who wants to wait to see their wedding pictures…they are meant to be shared, and SOON!! Of course, there will be social media sneak peeks as well!

DO I NEED A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

Great question! You will have the option to have a second photographer. We can talk through why a second photographer would be a good addition to your wedding or if it’s a place to save money!

DO YOU TRAVEL?

OF COURSE! Where are we going? New places are the best! Travel fees will apply and will be billed separately.

WILL WE NEED TO PAY IN FULL?

NO. I have created the perfect plan for couples in paying for their wedding photography. You will only be asked to put a 25% retainer when you sign the contract. Each month after the contract is signed you will send a monthly payment, up until the month of your wedding. This way you can be a little more flexible in choosing your wedding collection. I am also happy to set up an alternate payment plan that suits your needs.

HOW MUCH TIME WILL WE NEED?

THIS TRULY VARIES. You know that every wedding is unique, therefore all of the wedding contracts are different. Personally, I really feel like a custom day is the best option for everyone. This is why it is so very important to be able to go through your wedding day schedule together. To obtain a portion of all the day’s events you can plan on at least eight hours and possibly up to ten or twelve.

WILL I RECEIVE ALL OF THE DIGITAL FILES FROM THE WEDDING IMAGES?

Yes!! All collections include the wedding day digital files. You will be sent a custom link to your full gallery. It can be downloaded by you and anyone you choose to share it with.

WILL I BE ABLE TO PRINT ON MY OWN WITH THE DIGITAL FILES?

Absolutely! Once you download them to your computer for safe keeping, you will be able to load them to your site or lab of choice to create your own prints and products. You will receive a print release just in case as well. Along with your images you will be given some suggestions for where to print for quality lasting prints.
